Join the Taft Museum of Art and Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra for the 68th annual Chamber Music Series which is inspired by the art and history of the Taft Museum of Art. 

We guarantee to have your toes tapping as Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra principal second violinist Manami White leads a program inspired by the Taft Museum of Art’s special exhibition Walk This Way | Footwear from the Stuart Weitzman Collection of Historic Shoes. From Art Deco masterpieces to Jazz Age flappers’ footwear to shoes worn by suffragettes fighting for women’s rights, this collection – and concert – promise to walk you through hundreds of years of musical hits that pay tribute to the women who wore these striking shoes.

Join the Taft Museum of Art and Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra for the 68th annual Chamber Music Series which is inspired by the art and history of the Taft Museum of Art. 

Recreating a sense of peace and well-being that comes with summer and views of the countryside, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra principal flutist Rebecca Andres welcomes the season with a performance of airy wind quintet music in the beautiful environs of the Taft Museum of Art’s historic garden! Enjoy repertoire that will have you transported and inspired by the sloping hills of Cincinnati with music by Gershwin, Beach, Still, Mozart and more in an afternoon of pastorales and other summertime selections.

Join the Taft Museum of Art and Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra for the 68th annual Chamber Music Series which is inspired by the art and history of the Taft Museum of Art. 

Get ready to see the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra in a new light! In honor of the Taft’s newest bicentennial exhibition In a New Light | Treasures from the Taft, CCO principal second violinist Manami White will lead a program that brings together unique pairings of instruments from across the orchestra as well as unique orchestrations of familiar compositions.

Join the Taft Museum of Art and Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra for the 68th annual Chamber Music Series which is inspired by the art and history of the Taft Museum of Art. 

Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra principal trumpeter Ashley Hall leads the CCO brass quintet in an afternoon of music celebrating the 200th birthday of the Taft historic house as they perform repertoire from composers including Cait Mishimura, Wolfgang Amadeux Mozart, Jean Bellen, William Grant Still, Zhou Tian and Alexander Arutunian.
