The Taft Museum of Art offers historic architecture, stylish spaces, and downtown convenience paired with exquisite food from the region’s top caterers, full bar services, and added amenities you can only enjoy at the museum, such as access to exhibitions and collection galleries. We have options for private events both during and outside of museum operating hours. Complimentary garage parking is included.

Spaces for Rent

Garden Tent | 200–350 Capacity

The tented brick terrace provides a picture-perfect venue for weddings, large events, and galas. The 30 × 90-foot tent, secluded behind the museum, adjoins a beautifully landscaped garden with an open lawn, ideal for photography. This versatile space can be arranged to accommodate any large event hosted from spring through fall, including a band and dance floor.

Luther Hall | 75 Seated, 120 Standing Capacity

This is an indoor 30 x 40-foot cherry-paneled room with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities. It is an ideal setting for special occasions and business needs alike. The space is equipped with AV and available for breakfast, lunch, and all-day gatherings. Offers in-person and virtual hosting capabilities for hybrid meetings. Available year-round.

Fitch Conference Room | 12 Capacity

Overlooking the beautiful museum gardens, this intimate room is perfect for corporate meetings and includes state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities. Offers in-person and virtual hosting capabilities for hybrid meetings. Available year-round.

The Taft Museum of Art works with a select group of preferred professional caterers, offering you flexibility in determining the best food, style, and service to meet your needs.

Your chosen caterer will consult with you on table linens, china, and glassware. The museum provides select tables and Chiavari chairs.

Complimentary garage parking is included in the museum’s attached garage with 50 available spaces. Valet parking available for an additional fee.
