Host Your Holiday Event at the Taft

Seasonal Parties

The Taft Museum of Art makes a fantastic venue for your personal holiday celebrations or company seasonal parties. We can accommodate up to 100 guests for cocktail parties and 50 for seated dinners. Enjoy fine food from the region’s top caterers, our full bar services, and added attractions you can only get at the Taft, such as access to our special exhibition In a New Light: Treasures from the Taft.

Group Lunches

We are now booking group lunches for the 2021 holiday season! For groups of 10 or more we offer a special two-course seasonal prix fixe menu. If you wish for your group to visit In a New Light during your visit, we can help you book admission to coordinate with your scheduled lunch reservation.

As a thank you to our members for bringing a group to the Taft Museum of Art to dine, your whole party will receive your 10 percent member’s discount as well as a special members-only amuse-bouche devised daily by our café team.

Spaces for Rent

Garden Tent

Our tented brick terrace provides a lovely site for events and receptions. The 30 × 90-foot tent, secluded behind the museum, adjoins a beautifully landscaped garden with an open lawn, ideal for photography. This versatile space can be arranged to accommodate a band and dance floor.

Luther Hall

This is an indoor 30 x 40-foot cherry-paneled room with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities. Located in the new museum wing, it is an attractive setting for a sit-down dinner or buffet, with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the adjoining Lindner Family Café.

  • Capacity: 75 seated / 120 standing

Fitch Conference Room

Fridays Include Extra Savings!

Overlooking the beautiful Taft gardens, this intimate room is perfect for corporate meetings and includes state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities.
