The Taft Museum of Art is a perfect venue for your personal events and celebrations, as well as company gatherings. We can accommodate up to 100 guests for cocktail parties and 50 for seated lunches or dinners indoors. Enjoy fine food from the region’s top caterers, our full bar services, and added attractions you can only enjoy at the Taft, such as access to our upcoming exhibition Jane Austen: Fashion & Sensibility. We have options for private events both during and outside of museum operating hours. Complimentary garage parking is included.
Book your next corporate meeting in our Luther Hall or Fitch Conference Room, each equipped with AV and available for breakfast, lunch, and all-day gatherings. Luther Hall can host up to 75 guests seated lecture style, 50 seated at round tables, and 120 standing. The Fitch Conference room overlooks the beautiful Taft gardens and can host 12 seated guests. Both event spaces offer in-person and virtual hosting capabilities for hybrid meetings.
Our tented brick terrace provides a lovely site for events and receptions. The 30 × 90-foot tent, secluded behind the museum, adjoins a beautifully landscaped garden with an open lawn, ideal for photography. This versatile space can be arranged to accommodate a band and dance floor.
This is an indoor 30 x 40-foot cherry-paneled room with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities. Located in the new museum wing, it is an attractive setting for a sit-down dinner or buffet, with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the adjoining Lindner Family Café.
