Bring the whole family to the Taft Museum of Art on select third Sundays to explore, create, and play. Activities are free and ongoing, so drop in when you have time and stay as long as you like.

Say Cheese!

Use the Family Guide to explore the exhibition Photographic Wonders: American Daguerreotypes from The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, put yourself in the picture with a hands-on activity, and experiment with a camera obscura at the Art Cart. At 2:30, ArtReach performs Cincinnati: A City of Immigrants. This play follows the story of six fictional characters, representing the largest six waves of ethnic immigrants to Cincinnati over the past 180 years. Perfect for ages 10 and up.

It’s a Zoo in Here

Wild animals in the Museum?! Take a self-guided tour to find animals in art, experience the textures of different animals at the Art Cart, make a funny animal puppet, get your face painted like an animal. At 2 p.m., experience some live animals from the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
