Summer Art Day Camp

Children can explore their creative sides this summer at the Taft Museum of Art. Each week offers fun, intensive studios looking at, thinking about, and creating art. This year, in conjunction with the exhibition Views from the Uffizi: Painting the Italian Landscape, the focus is on landscapes in a variety of media: painting, sculpture, collage, and much more.

The week ends with an exhibition organized by campers and staff for family and friends. Instruction is provided by professional art teachers assisted by Museum staff and interns from local university art education programs.
