Program Description
Classroom: Examine materials used by 17th-century painters including raw canvas and minerals used for paint pigment.
Field Trip: Learn the elements of art as you journey through landscapes and meet people in portraits in the Taft collections.
Studio: Sample the art of painting a landscape on canvas.
