Self-Guided Group
A group consists of 12 or more people arriving at the Museum together to view the galleries without a tour guide. To avoid gallery congestion, self-guided groups are encouraged to disperse and view the Museum individually. Audio guides are available in the Kaplan Lobby as a way to enhance your experience through stories, testimonials, and descriptive details of collection highlights.
Docent-Led Group
Docents are volunteer educators who lead tours of the Museum’s collections. These tours are free with group admission and last 45–60 minutes. Tour topics include highlights of the collections or a special exhibition. Tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

Groups may work with our caterer to plan a private dining experience. Tours and a meal with a unique custom menu begin at $24 per person. The Museum also offers memorable catered events as well as flexible spaces for receptions up to 250 guests. Reservations are required.
