WORKSHOP | Fire, Metal, and Glass
Saturday, February 24, 12–4 p.m.

Though the general public equates Tiffany with stained glass, he was in fact a leader in other decorative arts, as well. Learn the art of enameling from the experts at the W. W. Carpenter Enamel Foundation, who will walk you through the steps of a special pendant project. This workshop is designed with beginners in mind and will take place at the W. W. Carpenter Enamel Foundation, 650 Colfax Avenue, Bellevue, Kentucky.

Explore the exciting medium of glass in one of two hands-on artmaking workshops with Brazee Street Studios! Both workshops take place in the Oakley location, 4426 Brazee Street, Cincinnati, OH 45209.

Saturday, March 10, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Drop in to the Brazee Studios GLASSROOM to create a work of art inspired by Tiffany! Brazee Studios will have all the supplies you need to layer pieces of colored glass on a specially made glass surface to create an original work to take home.

No reservations required; this workshop is appropriate for all ages and skill levels.

Cost varies from $15–$65, depending on which project you choose.
Special Tiffany-inspired project: $45.

Saturday, March 10, 3–5 p.m.
Reserve your spaces for this special workshop that will guide you through the steps of designing your own Tiffany-inspired decorative lamp bender, or glass shade. In this workshop, after creating a design, you will apply colored glass to make a one-of-a-kind art piece. This workshop is recommended for ages 15 and older.

Spend your afternoon creating drawings inspired by Tiffany! This workshop will take you to our special exhibition gallery and outside to the Taft gardens, where you will base your drawings on nature, one of Tiffany’s most important sources for his work. Led by Manifest Drawing Center’s talented teachers, this workshop will guide you to see the world through the eyes of an artist.

This workshop is suitable for all skill levels, from beginning to seasoned artist. All supplies included, as well as tickets to the special exhibition.
