Facility Spaces for Rent

Garden Tent
Available May through October, our tented brick terrace provides a lovely site for events and receptions. The 30′ x 90′ tent, secluded behind the Museum, adjoins a beautifully landscaped garden with an open lawn, ideal for photography. This versatile space can be arranged to accomodate a band and dance floor.

Luther Hall
This is an indoor 30′ x 40′ cherry-paneled room with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities. Located in the new Museum wing, it is an attractive setting for a sit-down dinner or buffet, with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the adjoining lobby/café area.

Food and Beverage
Customize a menu and service style just for you! Whether it’s socializing over cocktails and appetizers or a formal sit-down meal, we’ve got you covered.

The Taft Museum of Art works with a select group of preferred professional caterers, offering you flexibility in determining the best food and service to meet your needs. Along with food, your chosen caterer would consult with you on table linens, china, and glassware. We provide select tables and Chiavari chairs.
